We did it! It really was turning in to a mullet :)
Tyler's first haircut was at Ralph's Barber Shop in Glenside. It's an authentic barber shop and overall he was a really good boy and sat well for it. He sat on my lap and wouldn't let them put the cape around him, but as soon as he got a lollipop he forgot about everything else that was happening and the haircut was a breeze! He's such a handsome boy!
In other news, our first blog book arrived! All 200 pages of it and it's so awesome!
Dave was in Vermont from Thurs to Sunday last week for an overnight mountain bike race, but the race ended up getting cancelled because of the weather. He got in some good rides anyway and will be doing the race next year. I'm hoping that next year all of us can go since Vermont is one of our favorite states. While he was gone, Tyler and I were pretty busy.
We had Mackenzie's first birthday party on Saturday and it was lots of fun! I got to hang out with some girlfriends and Tyler go to run around with the other kids and drive Gavin's jeep around the yard. I think we know what's on the birthday list for this year. Here's the cutie pie digging in to her cake!
When we got home, Aunt Jill, Uncle Kevin and the girls were at our house and Aunt Jill was making us an awesome Mexican food dinner (best sister ever!). So, we got to have a great dinner while the kids had their own dinner and a movie - so cute!
And we all got a great breakfast from Aunt Jill too - I was spoiled this weekend!
We finished off the weekend by running around a pumpkin patch and getting some mums for the yard. Fall is here and I love it! We didn't get any pumpkins though since we wanted to wait for Dad to help pick them out :)

Where did you order your blog book from? I have been looking into that, and would love your advice.
