Anniversary on the Farm

Dave and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary last Thursday by going on a field trip with Tyler's class to a local farm. It was a crisp Fall day and we enjoyed a hay ride, some story telling, pumpkin picking and a trip through the corn maze. Tyler's favorite part of the trip was the corn maze (we're suprised he wasn't scared) and he ended up getting lost while we were in it. Dave and I thought the one path had no where for him to go but around in a circle and apparently we were wrong. After a major panic attack from me and Dave running though the maze asking people if they saw "a kid in a Penn State hoodie" we found him running around, smiling and laughing, not missing us one bit! He's not allowed in another corn maze until he's 18!

Friday night, Aunt Amy and Uncle Ryan watched Tyler and Dave and I got to go out to dinner for our anniversary. We had a nice long dinner and enjoyed our time out - thanks Guys! I continued the fun last night by getting to hang out with my friends Karyn and Shannon, who I've been friends with since Kindergarden, and enjoyed a night out with the girls. And today it's Smokin Sunday! Dave and Ben started smokin the meat at 8am along with drinking some bloody Mary's - yummy dinner tonight!

This is Harley, the biggest pig we've ever seen!

Who says that coozies are only for beer. The guys always make sure to take care of Tyler :)
