Boogie noses, Bears and Indians

Not much to say about this week other than I'm glad it's behind us. Our smiley baby has been been fighting a virus since last Sunday. Our entire week and nights were off and yesterday when we came home Tyler laid on the couch, feeling warm saying he didn't feel well and his head hurt. As I prepped myself for round 2 of the next sick kid he woke up this morning and said "I feel better!". Thank goodness! We did have a moment this week where Tyler was trying to take his temperature orally with the thermometer I took Zac's temp with rectally. Yep, he stuck the butt thermometer in his mouth. I mean I wiped it off and all, but really I just had to laugh. But in between the 5 doctors appointments we had since last Thursday (we had ENT for Tyler and Derm checkup for Zac this week too) we did manage to fit in a little fun. Zac is slowly on the mend and we're very ready to get back to normal.

Cold weather is here which means Friday night pizza, pet shop and REI visit to go in the tents. Except last week we did Burger King since they have a kick butt indoor playground, which Tyler loves...please don't be jealous of our rockin Friday nights. Tyler and I had some fun trying on hats at REI :)

Erica, Nichole and I and all the kiddos got together last weekend at Erica's house. And we all made a trip to Build a Bear. Daring with 6 children, but it was surprisingly easy and they all did great until we had to sit at the computer with Owen and Tyler and put in our bears information. That's when it got stressful for Erica and I so we quickly typed and jetted out of the place and occupied the boys on the rides at the mall until the girls finished up dressing their bears in pretty dresses and shoes. Of course Tyler picked the Spiderman costume for his bear and he originally named him Bambi, but I suggested Spidey Bear (I just couldn't name the bear bambi). Spidey bear is really cute and Zac will get one when he can actually help make the bear.

We looked like the build a bear gang walking through the mall and our attempt at a picture was pretty much a failure...

On Wednesday, we had the first of three Thanksgiving dinners that we have every year. Tyler and Zac's school makes Thanksgiving dinner for the parents every year. Each class puts on a little show and then we get to have Thanksgiving lunch with all the kiddos. I was excited to share some food with Zac, but he had to miss it because he still wasn't felling well, but we had yummy feast! He has two more dinners next week to fill up on the yummy stuff.
