We spent our labor day weekend having cookouts with our families (which turned out to be cook-ins because of rain), we went to Mocanaqua for our church picnic and ate some yummy homemade Polish food and we relaxed!
We fit in a few polkas...
We ate pierogies, potato pancakes, halushki, funnel cakes and piggies while Tyler opted for the hoagie bun :)
Jill and I were Polish dancers and Alex likes to wear her dress from when we were little. She also got to dance with Malvina who is the lady who made this dress years ago! Malvina was the only seamstress in town and she's probably 85 or so now and still looks the same as she did when she hemmed my Kindergarten uniform!
We took Tyler to the Dairy Queen where Dave and I sat on our first date for hours and then got in trouble because we both got home very late on a school night! We tried to tell him that because of this place he's here today, but all he wanted to do was run around ;)
Our playboy did some relaxing too...
I got in some cuddle time with my friend Maggie's little girl Olivia! I can't wait for the newborn cuddles with our next little bean!
Aunt Kris got Tyler a "Tyler size" Spiderman! He loves it!
We finished off our weekend with our first official goose egg where head met chair :( At least we were at Gram's house and she's a retired nurse so she took great care of her little guy :)
