Spring!

Ahhh...Spring is finally here! We ended last week with temps near 80, started this week with sleet and as I'm writing this I just heard the news mention snow - gotta love it! I know it's on it's way though because the birds have started singing and our flowers are starting to bloom! We did get to enjoy some great weekend weather!

Getting some help from Aunt Juli and Uncle Ryan. The day before this he decided to give head first a try - and the fun begins!


We went to a kids music fest the other day and for 3 hours I was ignored by my kid as he hung out with the big kids, danced and played. I don't think he even looked around to see where I was other than when he wanted more of his pretzel.




This past weekend our neighbor Steve put together and installed our new railing! He and Dave worked ALL weekend on it and it turned out so nice! He is so awesome and talented - we're so thankful to have such wonderful neighbors! I'm beyond happy since this was the first thing I wanted gone when we bought our house. The day after they finished, they decided they're going to take it apart and fix some things they don't like to make it perfect. I'm glad my part is done. We've been staining every night until midnight for the past 2 weeks!
