Father's Day

We had a great Father's day weekend and got to spend time with wonderful Dads, Grandpas and Uncles. Here's what we did...

The climbing gene has kicked in and he went right up
on to the kitchen counter - eek!



Had fun jumping off the couch while Dad and Pop egged him on :) Hopefully he thinks it's only possible to jump off Gram and Pop's couch and not ours.



We found ourselves a lawn boy...


And then found out he's actually a naked lawn boy :)


I walked outside to find these cousins hanging out on the bench...so sweet! ♥

Warrior Dash

We did the Warrior Dash on Sunday and it was awesome! It's a 3.5 mile trail run through the woods with obstacles along the way. Lots of mud pits, walls to jump over, a 20 foot wall you climb over using a rope, a fire jump, cargo net, climbing over cars and much more. It poured the night before so there was lots o' mud and lots o' fun! You can check out the course here.

Hot Hot Hot

It's been really hot here - like 100 degrees hot! It's our second heat wave and Summer isn't even here yet! We've been spending our evenings poolside and I decided to put swimmies on Tyler just for kicks. I laughed so hard I almost cried because the poor kid couldn't move his arms they were so big on him. Then, I tried to hand him a football so I could laugh even more when he tried to hold it...and then I got yelled at by Dave and told I was mean, so we took them off and he had fun swimming without them :)










By the end of the night most of the stuff in the yard usually ends up in the pool...including Dad's shoes. This is our sweet pool!

Another busy one...

Another birthday party this weekend along with checking out the Pro Cycling Tour that came to Philly made for a busy weekend!

Friday Night Photo Shoot

Juli and Ryan made a ring light for their wedding and we got to test it out tonight. She's super artistic and is always coming up with the coolest ideas so Ryan got right to it and built the light for his bride :) The pictures are pretty cool!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great long weekend and had a cookout at our house with family and friends and temps were in the 90's all weekend long - it's been so hot here! Hello Summer so glad you're here!

Saturday Morning Scene

So I got this Saturday Morning Scene idea from someone else's blog and thought I'd try to keep up with it because I love Saturday mornings! No alarm clock, no work, no school, no running around like a crazy person trying to get out of the house on time :)
