April Happenings

Conversation between Tyler and I this morning while sitting with him as he was going to the bathroom at school. Sometimes the throne is a great place to really think deeply.

Tyler: "Mom, we all look different, but we need to treat everyone equally. We need to live in harmony. We all have ninjas in our hearts."

So I have picture backup and need to get these up before I forgot!

Tents at REI, feeding birds half naked, a benefit at McGerk's where we stayed out too late and the kids and friends danced their hearts out and had a great time (and so did Mom and Dad with friends), Easter bunny pics, Tyler got a new climbing harness, playing on tractors at Lowe's, hanging with friends, Zac giving free shows in the front window and me freeing a loose branch in our tree that's been driving me nuts since the ice storm we had. Who needs a tree service?

Tyler sat on the Easter bunnies lap this year and was totally in to it. There was no line and it was a week night so Tyler had all the time in the world to sit and chat with the bunny. After about 5 minutes, he looked at us and said "Guys, I think there's someone in there!?" Yikes...yes buddy it's the bunnies helper!
