Turkey Week

We're thankful for lots of stuff as we are everyday of the year. Every night before the kids go to bed we say our prayers and thank God for our family. We're thankful we have family to spend the Holidays with knowing some people spend it alone, we're thankful for laughs and good food, and Grams, Pops, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Thankful for our health and our healthy kids. Thankful for sunny days where the kids could run around outside, even if it's really cold outside (to me that's what makes it really feel like the Holidays around here after all).

We had a very relaxed turkey Day at Grammy's eating, drinking and we even did some quad riding. The kids loved the quad riding. We tried to get a cousins pictures and you'll see how that turned out below. Ralphie ended up on the ground.

We got two nights out in a row (thanks to Grandparents!). One for a friends wedding and one to catch up with Dave's high school friends. Dave got to play in the Alumni soccer tournament and they came in 2nd this year (can't wait to hear about this for the next year). It was chilly morning for soccer and at time the field was more like an ice rink, but the old guys can still play I tell ya.

We finished off our weekend with some tree and house decorating and now we sit back, relax and enjoy the twinkly lights for a few weeks. I love the twinkly lights :)
