It's that time of year again. The one where we hope our kids don't scream on stage and run in to the crowd in to our arms. It's the Spring Show! This year, Tyler's class sang "I can sing a rainbow" and tie-dyed their own shirts for the performance. Then they sang and danced with Mr. Pete for a few songs on stage. They did great! Zac's class were beach babies and the paraded around in the buggy in their bathing suits while Mr. Pete sang and played some Beach Boys music on his guitar. Very cute! It was a successful show for the DePolo kids :)
Tyler is in the back row, first one on the left. Sorry for the shaky video!
Here's Tyler's class and the toddlers singing Wheels On The Bus with Mr. Pete. Tyler is second on the left, he's really in to doing all the actions :) Sorry for the blurry video this time, I obviously need some practice.
And some pictures. The show is at 7pm, so Zac got his binky for this one. He usually only has it for bedtime, but this was too close to bedtime for us to be sure he'd actually sit for the show. He also had a black mark on his head because we were playing outside before we left for the show and he must have touched the chiminea and got black dust from the burnt wood on his forehead. He was rockin it though :)
We went for ice cream afterwards and this was the first time we let Zac hold his own cone and eat it. Then I had to take over at the end. I wish I got better pictures!
