Warrior Dash
We did the Warrior Dash on Sunday and it was awesome! It's a 3.5 mile trail run through the woods with obstacles along the way. Lots of mud pits, walls to jump over, a 20 foot wall you climb over using a rope, a fire jump, cargo net, climbing over cars and much more. It poured the night before so there was lots o' mud and lots o' fun! You can check out the course here.

Man, you guys are hardcore- not surprised you would do this:) The fire pit looks a little intense- any singed leg hair for the guys??:) Good job- you look great, Beth. oh, and you too Dave:)
