I left off right when baseball season began and it's over now and we are back to having a bit more free time and school is out! This was the first time we had 2 sports schedules to manage, along with some practices for Tyler and on top of that when the weather gets warmer we're out and about.
A bonus to that is the house is always clean...it's just the yard that looks like a disaster at the end of the day! Pool season is in full swing but I have to go back to April pictures where I left off.
Zac started t-ball this year and he did awesome. He's so in to playing sports. He played the field and hit like a champ and was a serious ball player! The kid has got an arm on him and swung for the fences every time at bat.
This was Tyler's first year out of T-ball and he got bumped up to play with some older kids in International A. They hit against a pitching machine, 3 strikes and you're out and 3 outs in the field. It was mostly first and second graders and I was worried at first as this was the real deal and he didn't get the transition from T-Ball to International B but he did really awesome. He held his own, fielded well, hit the ball and by the end of the season hit a double!
I absolutely love watching them play.
We also had some late season snow, lots of trampoline park jumping before it got warm out, Katie and I manned 6 boys at a Phillies game for Jackson's birthday and we still have remnants of the goose ehgg that might never ever go away. But we're staying optimistic about that one.
