I stumbled upon these last few vacation pics and vacation recap would not be complete without them! Grammy and Aunt Donna showing off headstands and cartwheel skills on the beach along with some group handstands from Uncle Ry, Alex and me. Youthfulness lives on in our family :)
The start of fall this year means I've stepped in to a new role of soccer Mom. Tyler had one practice and it was a success we'll see how the rest of the season goes!
GG turns 99 next month so we've been trying to visit as often as we can. Tyler has known her before she went in to a home and remembers her being around so he's not hesitant with her at all. Zac is a little more hesitant, but is starting to warm up to her.

Sea Isle 2014
Before I begin this post I need to add a little tidbit in here about Zac.
Whenever Zac wants his back rubbed he says "Mommy, pet me." I don't want to correct him on it because I love that he wants me to pet him.
Our vacation...where do I begin. I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves, but the stars aligned for one week on the NJ shores. Last years vacation was slightly disastrous. We went in to this one with very low expectations and came out wondering if this was a fluke or not, but we had a glorious vacation. Warm weather, sunshine, wave bashing, sand playing, bike riding, friend and family gathering, beaching drinking, ice cream eating, beach napping, bare foot walking, no car driving, no hair brushing, outdoor showering, I could go on forever. I'm thankful daily for our prefectly imperfect life and I know the stars are usually slightly misaligned as they should be, but for real though...life really was perfect for one week.
